My Journey

I began my professional journey at the Florida School of Massage, where I completed 750 hours of intensive training in various massage techniques and therapeutic practices. Since then, I have further honed my skills through specialized education, including Integrated Manual Therapy and Orthopedic Massage under the guidance of James Waslaski, and a recent certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.

By actively listening and tailoring each session, I ensure that my clients receive personalized and effective treatments.I utilize an integrative approach, combining various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy.
